EV Guidebook Step by Step

Purpose: This resource is designed to help cities take action on equity principles as part of electric mobility program implementation. The questions are generally tailored to electric vehicle programs, with some applicability to broader electric mobility programs. This resource draws upon equity principles from the USDN Guidebook on Equitable Clean Energy Program Design for Local Government and Partners, as well as the Integrating Equity into City Electric Vehicle Programs webinar presented on March 4^th, 2020.

This flowchart builds on key steps from the guidebook and provides key questions to ask during program structure development as well as guidance for exploring those questions.
